Shipping/Processing/Delivery Times:
Thank you for visiting and shopping at river wyld! River wyld ships all orders within the continental  US via USPS and standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as: COVID-19, holiday volumes and/or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. If you are interested in expedited shipping rates please reach out to us. If we can make it happen — we will!!!

Shipping Rates:
River wyld offers free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping charges for orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 per order. Ask us about free local delivery!

Exchange Policy:
We will happily exchange or issue a store credit on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered with ALL original tags still attached within 10 days of the confirmation of delivery. We will not accept exchanges on sale items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns. Please include a copy of the original receipt, circle the item you are exchanging and notate the reason.
